The Devon and Torbay Combined County Authority (DTCCA) is committed to handling personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), and the Data Protection Act 2018

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a data controller for the information we collect, process and hold; our Data Protection registration number is ZB894252.

Freedom of Information and Environmental Information Regulations

As a public authority, the DTCCA is also subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, and our Disclosure Log contains details of previous requests received and responses sent.

For any data subject rights requests, Freedom of Information enquiries or if you feel that the Authority may have breached its security obligations or you have concerns regarding how your personal data is processed, please contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO), Jenny Goodall, at the DTCCA – Data Mailbox

Data protection complaints

In accordance with Section 103  of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, all data controllers are required to provide data subjects with access to a tailored Data Protection Complaints form. 

If you have any concerns regarding how your personal data is being processed by the DTCCA, please complete the below form.  We will endeavour to respond within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
